Join local crocheter Rebecca Kraft for a relaxed, beginner-friendly crochet class focused on creating a cozy granny square scarf. This two-part series is perfect for anyone who knows the basics and is ready to build confidence, skills, and community through making.
This is a two-session class• Session 1: Making granny squares
• Session 2: Joining squares into a scarf
Participants will learn how yarn choice affects size and style, and how to confidently follow a written pattern. Most folks will not finish the scarf during class, but you’ll leave with everything you need to complete it at home.
Skill Level:Beginner
Participants should already know the single crochet stitch. This class does not teach crochet from scratch.
Materials:Materials are not included.
• Recommended yarn: ARAN weight
• Plan for 600–800 yards total
• Minimum 2 colors (3–5 suggested)
We carry great yarn and tool options in the shop if you’d like to shop locally.
