After becoming a stay-at-home dad, J. Thomas Carol has spent many hours making crafts, drawing, reading, playing, going on adventures and even writing short stores with his three children. He became more inspired to create books for kids and their families in a fun, yet educational way with Bop & Mo.

Steve’s two books are: Underway! One sailors story of life aboard US Navy destroyers, a memoir book about his time in the Navy. AND
My Life as a Giant, a children’s book about being tall in society.
His veteran related awards are City of Kenosha 1Q22 Hometown Hero, City of Kenosha 2022 Hometown Hero of the Year, and 1st Congressional District Veteran of the Year for 2022
