Teen Book Club at Verbosity
Hey Teens (and parents)!
Looking for something to do after school and before dinner? Join our Wednesday Teen Book Club! Teens will all read the same book picked by Verbosity Bookhouse. Use the form link below to secure your spot and so we order the correct number of books. Registration must be received by April 15th to ensure your book is ordered and arrives on time. Payment for books will be due at the time of pick up on the 25th. We will meet every Wednesday beginning April 29th from 3-4:30pm for 5 weeks. On the first day we will hand out the books, assign the chapters to read, and get to know each other. On the last day we will wrap up our discussion and introduce the next book and timeline (a sheet will come home with details). Teens are welcome to bring snacks and drinks to the discussions. We also have snacks and drinks for purchase in the store. Ages 13-17 are welcome! *No profanity or graphic scenes are in this book* Book cost is $15.99 plus tax.
First book will be by local Wisconsin couple Jim and Stephanie Kroepfl (Sturgeon Bay), “Merged.” “Seven of our country’s most gifted teens will become Nobels, hosts for the implantation of brilliant Mentor minds, in an effort to accelerate human progress.
