Third Thursdays History on Tap
August’s Third Thursdays event is for the history lovers — and we know there are a lot of Port history enthusiasts in town!
Downtown Port is working with the PW Historical Society and Judge Eghart House to bring you History on Tap, an evening stroll featuring the Historic Franklin Street Walking Tour with volunteers stationed at select historic saloons to share “Saloon Stories,” the history behind some of our favorite taprooms. Tour the Judge Eghart House, celebrating 150 years this year, and win some historical trinkets with a Scavenger Hunt on Franklin Street and at the Judge Eghart House.
**Each Third Thursday brings extra fun with later store hours, food + drink specials, and live music downtown**
